I started my quest for my ‘perfect’ new home as I was in the process of fixing and selling my home of over 50 years. It took around a year! I interviewed 4 real estate agents recommended highly by Rossmoor residents. All were very good and likable. Tom stood out for also being easy to talk to, being a good listener, being well informed, generous in offering to go beyond his duties in helping with buildouts if I could not be around, and began suggesting properties before I even chose him. All those traits proved to be persistent. He makes himself easily available, and answers or researches answers to questions. He knows many people in the Rossmoor community and its peculiarities. He seems always prepared, anticipating the next steps. He was not pushy even when we found a good property at a good price. And when we commenced bidding, he had strategically successful suggestions and knew the seller. He was wise about demands to include in the offer. And after the sale was complete he made sure I knew that he would still be available. He is a pleasure to work with.

This is the second time we've used Tom for a real estate transaction. We bought our home a few years ago from Tom when we downsized and moved from southern California. There wasn't a lot on the market at the time but Tom kept us up to date and we found a place that needed updating but fit into our move time-frame. Tom was very helpful with contractor recommendations and helping us understand the construction approval processes required by our HOA. We lived in the home for several years and when it was time to sell, we wouldn't consider anyone other than Tom to do the job. Our home went on the market at a difficult time and Tom jumped through hoops to help us make the right decisions to get our place sold.
