I moved out of our Condo at the end of 2010 as housing prices were too low to ignore. Since selling at this time was not financially sound, I contacted Matt Irvin to act as rental manager. The agent was ideal as a manager for 14 1/2 years. When we finally decided to sell Matt Irvin made it very easy for us even with my wife out of the country during the sale. We had a buyer in less than a week after allowing Matt Irvin to make decisions on upgrades and cosmetic improvements to facilitate the sale. We closed, and deposited the proceeds all while one of us is still out of the country. I don't think it is possible for a realtor to do any better.
