Donna Tam

This was my first time buying and I have to move within the next few months. Donna helped me tremendously in trying to find the right place in the right price range in a short amount of time. The place I am moving to wasn't even on my radar and it's perfect. It was my first time getting mortgage and with Donna's help managed to get through the mortgage and close escrow in two weeks.

Working with Donna was an absolute blessing. We were navigating a very difficult family situation, and she handled it with the utmost respect, empathy, and professionalism. Beyond her incredible kindness, Donna is a powerhouse—she was always on top of everything and kept us ahead of schedule at every turn. Her honesty and integrity gave our family total peace of mind during a stressful time. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

We couldn’t be more grateful for Donna’s hard work in selling our family home. From day one, she was proactive—creating buzz and buyer interest before our home was officially on the market. After just one open house weekend, and within days of being on the market, we received multiple offers. Donna made the entire selling process smooth, efficient, and rewarding. If you're looking for an incredible agent who truly delivers, hire Donna!

There are realtors who work with buyers, and there are those who go above and beyond to ensure they are completely satisfied. You were thorough, efficient and above all - put our needs first. Despite limited inventory, our budget, and desire to live in a great neighborhood and school district, you made it happen for our family. We appreciate your advice on location, layout, waiting for the right house, as well as your diligence in scouring records to find the information the listing agent missed. We are immensely grateful for your help throughout this process and could not have chosen a better team. L&T

Donna was wonderful to work with during the sale of my home. She is knowledgeable, easy to connect with, and brought a warm, positive energy to the entire process. Real estate transactions can be stressful, and I appreciated how upbeat and supportive she was throughout the experience. She did a great job keeping everything on track and handling the many moving parts that came up along the way. I was impressed with Donna’s wisdom and negotiation skills. I also appreciated how committed she was to helping get the deal across the finish line. I would be happy to work with Donna again in the future. Thank you, Donna, for all your help and support throughout the sale!

We originally met Donna at an open house and we knew she was the one we'd want to work with when the time simply by listening to her explain the process of how we would sell our current property. She showed us a project tracker in G-sheets (her previous life as a Program Manager really shows through here in the best possible way) and transparently informed us of potential challenges in the complex we could encounter to set our expectations. But through the whole conversation, we never felt like she was trying to push us to work with her, which ironically also helped us feel more comfortable working with her. Through the purchase process, we were texting practically nonstop through the day and into the evening. She was always on top of sending us comps and analysis, timelines, dependencies, managing expectations, answer questions over Zoom, and usually responded very quickly. Through her network, she was able to help us close a deal off-market in a location ideal for us and worked with us closely for every step. She then even connected us to folks who are now helping to update and modernize the property, all of whom have also been great to work with. We wouldn't have wanted to entrust anyone else with one of the biggest decisions of our lives. Thank you Donna!
