We decided, late 2024, to put our Berkeley condo on the market. We know Donna from when she was at Apple with my spouse. Donna is very professional. She did a great job at pointing out risks, then working with the other agent to get the risks lowered and or resolved completely. Her communication skills are fantastic, which includes her availability to talk and the speed to get the answers we need. Her market knowledge is quite good. You can always get a property by overbidding. But that is not good for the client. Her process to determine what the ‘right’ bid is what sets her apart. I highly recommend Donna.
