It's an amazing experience that with Donna's help, more importantly with her accurate market analyze, her fully understand our request, at the end we got our first house. My parents had passed and Donna advised us just to paint the entire inside and fix the landscaping. There was nothing major wrong with the house. Since we didn't live very close it simplified the sale for my brother and me. Donna and her team arranged for maintenance, painting, landscaping, gopher removal, etc. Every time something came up, Donna was on it QUICKLY. She gave sound advice and always made herself available to answer questions. Sale went through and now the house is sold! I would totally use Donna again and recommend her highly.

Donna is incredible, and handles EVERYTHING from getting repairs done, managing all the quotes/bids/inspections necessary for disclosures, working with the gardener on sprucing things up ahead of the open houses, and all the other things you'd expect from a full service agent including staging, photography, marketing, providing regular updates on open house and offers, etc. On top of that, she's just a warm and generous human being, as is evident both in her demeanor as well as her 1% donation of commission to a non-profit. Highly recommend her if you are looking for help selling your home with someone who is detail-oriented and will get the job done.

Donna Tam was so professional and spot on, on everything she told us about the sales process. She clearly did her "homework" and was prepared every step of the way. She kept us informed on a daily basis of the time table and steps needed to get our home prepped and ready to sell. She suggested, and was absolutely correct, about how interior paint and staging would make all the difference. We benefited from her experience and the house showed so well that in 4 days had an accepted offer over the sales price. The cost of painting and staging paid for themselves. She told us that it would, and as always, she was 100% correct. I could not have asked for a better, more qualified and professional realtor.
