Some agents are “sellers agents” and some are “buyers agents” but Ana and Team Forest are simply “the best agents”. Every single step of the way we felt like their only client and dearest friends. Our goals were their goals….and getting us exactly what we wanted was their only mission. After finding our forever house we needed to sell our home of 26 years. Faced with the prospect of moving out in the summer and spending time doing fix ups to wait for a less certain fall season was very stressful for me. Ana helped me understand the market and supported the plan for an “off market” sale. We developed an acceptable range for a sale price and my husband and I left for a week away. Ana scoured her Rolodex and sold our house in 5 days for a price well within our range. As if that wasn’t enough she was negotiating with the buyers and their agent until nearly 11 pm on a Friday night to be sure we had everything we needed spelled out in a clean offer.
