Jane and Carrie analyzed the property and provided their recommendations to enhance the sale. After living in our home for 30 years, we were hesitant to change the "culture" of the house. They convinced us that specific changes needed to be made to update and improve the home's appearance. They guided us through the process of readying the home for sale/handled the open house/receipt of offers/and eventual sale in a professional manner. The house sold very quickly.

Ana and Team Forest have been the best part of what could be a really demoralizing real estate market.
