We recently worked with Lisa for the second time, this time to sell our home in Montclair. Once again, she delivered incredible results. From the beginning, Lisa took ownership of the entire process end to end. She coordinated inspections, repairs, cleaning, staging, photography, and all the countless details that come with preparing a home for sale. It made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and organized. One thing that stood out was how proactive and resourceful she was when unexpected issues came up. For example, after a particularly large storm, we discovered a minor roof issue 2 days before offers were due. Lisa jumped into action, getting multiple roofers out the very next day so we could quickly understand the problem and address it before offers were due. Her fast response helped reassure potential buyers and likely contributed to at least one additional offer. Lisa also did a remarkable job marketing our home. Through her network and outreach, our listing gained major attention online, including going viral on TikTok. As a result, our open houses were packed with 60+ groups each day. Despite a challenging market for sellers in Oakland right now, we received 8 offers and ultimately sold significantly above asking (and even above our own hopeful expectations). Throughout the process, Lisa was highly engaged and communicative, checking in frequently with updates. Most importantly, Lisa got results while making a stressful process quite simple for us. We had an excellent experience working with Jeff during the purchase of our home in Alameda. From start to finish, he communicated clearly and consistently, always keeping us informed and making sure our best interests were represented throughout the process. Jeff's deep knowledge of Alameda was especially valuable. As a native of the town, he brought local insight that gave us confidence in both the property and the neighborhood. He was also instrumental in helping manage a more complex transaction involving our 1031 exchange, coordinating seamlessly with the appraiser, escrow team, inspectors, and other moving parts to help keep everything on track. Even beyond closing, his support has continued. He has connected us with trusted local contractors and service providers for sewer inspection and replacement, handyman work, and other unexpected items that came up during escrow and after taking ownership.
