10/23/26 During business with my Relator, Mr. Jeff Goodman has been nothing more than the BEST and EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE. From the inception of meeting him to discuss my circumstances and providing his professional services to assist with selling of recently deceased dear Mother’s home that was held in her Living Trust, from signing and placing on the MLS throughout the entire process, Jeff has been the BEST!!! I signed with Jeff in his Alameda office and had to leave the area shortly after signing with him due to living in Virginia. I was able to honestly trust Jeff to carry out the entire process. I completed all signature requirements vice email Docusign which I experienced minimal stress.
