Real estate teams in Alameda County

Sherry and Adam made it possible for us to finally retire. Their expertise in selling our home was invaluable. They helped us get our home into the best-selling shape possible and helped us every step of the way through the process. Their contacts made it easy to get things done in a timely manner. We found them to be honest, straightforward, sensitive to our individual needs and interest. We felt supported throughout the entire process. They were always willing to help us understand what was going on which was extremely helpful as we had not sold or purchased a home in over 30 years. You cannot go wrong working with this high integrity team that is dedicated to their clients' needs and results.

Adam and Sherry are great realtors hands down. My husband and I are the administrators of an estate and had to sell the house. It was not an easy task as there is a lot to undertake. With Sherry and Adam's guidance the house sold quickly, multiple offers, well above asking price and well above the current market value. Adam and Sherry are hard working, available when needed, and take their time explaining everything. They understand that selling a house is personnel. In our situation it was great having Adam's probate expertise. If you chose to work with Sherry and Adam you won't regret it. It was the best decision we made.

Sherry represented us in selling our house in Piedmont and selecting a realtor for us to use in moving to the San Mateo Coast. She was the foreman in arranging, scheduling and supervising termite work, painting, staging and a variety of other projects getting the house ready to go on the market within a short time frame.

Sherry sold our house in 9 days, for 5% over the asking price with the buyer taking care of required sewer lateral replacement. She did an excellent job!!
