Cheryl Hata is an incredible realtor and an amazing human being. We feel very fortunate to have met and worked with Cheryl. She is an outstanding communicator and is seemingly always available to look at houses or answer any questions. We were most impressed with Cheryl’s service post-sale. Since we weren’t moving locally, she not only recommended contractors (HVAC/Flooring), she took it upon herself to meet them at the property to obtain quotes, in order for the project to be completed before move-in.
