I’m a senior citizen and Heather has helped me on a few transactions. I trust her immensely. Buying and selling is stressful. Heather calm demeanor and responsiveness is appreciated. She’s a great problem solver when and if glitches come up. Her strong integrity is what comes to mind when describing Heathers work ethic. Plus she is just a genuine and kind human being. She was incredibly easy to work with.

Selling my late father's home, when I've never purchased or sold property before, had me very stressed out. I was unsure what to do, scared about messing things up, and emotional about letting go of my childhood home. Then... along came Jeff. He came highly recommended and I can see why. From our very first phone call I felt my stress levels subside. The entire process was smooth, easy to understand, and he never once made me feel like a question I had was silly. This is actually our 4th transaction with Heather. We were able to purchase this condo next door to mine for my senior mother to live in. My mom had to sell her previous residence of 40yrs (less valuable) and Heather represented her in the sale. Mom has now moved to a senior living residence and we just sold the condo (IN FOUR DAYS)! My observation in working with Heather is, she gives the same amount of attention, energy and effort whether it’s a massive Gold Coast Mansion or a smaller cozy Harbor Bay Isle Condo. That is meaningful to us as everyone’s assets vary but Heathers devotion to representing homes and her clients does not. She is who I recommend or refer when anyone’s asks if I know a good Realtor…. Actually, I know a great one!

We had an awesome experience working with Becca to purchase our home in Alameda. Becca is pleasant and patient, and has excellent communication skills. She is very hardworking, responsive, and responsible. She helped us to effectively navigate some tricky situations that came up with the seller during the rent back. She also helped us out with coordinating some work that had to be completed before we moved in. Becca also made our home buying experience extra special with some thoughtful gestures and gifts. Very satisfied with Jeff's level of experience. No matter what weird situation came up, he was able to provide calm guidance.
