Then after that as things progressed she prepared new, updated calendars so we were never at a loss for what was happening next. She was so organized, she managed to keep us organized as well! Once we had an accepted offer and close of escrow drew near she kept us informed of what the Title Company needed and how the signing would take place. The very last item she prepared for us was almost beyond the pale: an entire Excel spreadsheet of every expense we incurred to prepare our home for sale for us to present to our tax accountant to calculate deductions from capital gains.
