We had a rental property in Oakley that we wanted to sell and when I first called her, she already knew who I was as she heard I may be calling and she knew the property address about which I was calling. We met at the property, and after walking around to see everything, she gave me a bunch of ideas about our selling options. She provided me during that first meeting a folder that contained comps for houses in the area, and she provided her expert analysis for selling strategies, including the cost benefit analysis of fixing the house up and selling it vs selling it as is. First, they identified what elements would be necessary to revise, in order to maximize the sales price. Next, they brought in skilled specialists to perform the necessary rehab work. Their stager was excellent and captured the personality of the house. Finally, they determined an ideal listing price, obtaining multiple bids and a final sales price that was 11% over the listing price. We could not have had a better outcome and highly recommend this realtor for a superior sales experience.

Once it came time to review offers and select a buyer, she was tremendous. She and Jack Burley did a great job organizing all of the offers into a spreadsheet which made it easy to decide which offer to accept. When our sale hit a bump towards the close of escrow, Nancy came to the rescue to assure our buyer and their agent that we were going to close nearly on time, and ultimately we closed on time anyway.
