Looking for a investment property in California has been quite difficult, especially if you are looking for a higher cap rate than the bay area. Khang suggested I look out of region, and I settled for sacramento county. He went on my behalf to look at unit and provided an assessment of this findings and recommendations. There were some challenges with timeline and the language barrier due to existing tenant occupancy. However these issues were soon addressed. Khang helped closed the deal, and also provided post completion guidance and support in navigating any rental questions, and follow ups with original seller post sale.
