Hands Down, The Best Realtor!!

Dena earned this five star rating by helping us sell our home in record speed in a market that can be volatile. With her guidance, we set a reasonable price and after two days on the market, we had multiple offers above asking price and sold our home within two weeks. This is our second time working with Dena. We selected her again because of her diligent approach. She watches the market and does research to find the sweet spot. She helped us put our best foot forward. She’s meticulous looks at the details. The pictures of our home were fabulous creating lots of interest. She immediately set up two back to back open house appointments as soon as we hit the market, creating lots of excitement. We were well positioned and our home showed well. We even received multiple inquiries with interest after accepting an offer in case the deal fell through. The second time was certainly a charm!! Both of our homes had cash offers within days of hitting the market with a quick close. She works hard and gives you the support and attention you need throughout the entire process. She’s willing to explain and guide you as much as you require at each step. She cares about and takes excellent care of her sellers. Great job Dena! You’re our number one Realtor!!

A hell of a agent, Liz definitely looks after you!

She is there through the whole process to ease it, and she gets you the best deal that she can. She is well versed in the rules with the VA and will guide you through it. She is just great and so are the people who work in her orbit.

A true example of a great realtor

Arlene has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very personable and very knowledgeable. It was actually fun working with her. I feel like I’ve made a new friend. This was a sad sale for myself and my two brothers because this home was our parents home. My mom passed away in May 2025 and my dad passed away in 2018. From the first time I met Arlene I felt that she was very knowledgeable and she was the perfect realtor to sell our parents home. She made the selling process so easy with minimal stress. I have sold two homes before and my experience with the realtors was nothing like my experience with Arlene and I am so very thankful for her kindness and her encouragement to each and every one of us during this process.
