I had to sell my late mother's home. Dave came an made recommendations for selling. He was very knowledgable about market trends. He was honest about what he thought was fair offers and kept me in the loop about everything. Gave great notice about prospective buyers wanting to see the home, etc. He walked me thru the process and ultimately got mom's house in a declined market for a good price. I am so thankful I had him in my corner, he wasn't focussed on a commission but instead, doing what was right for me. He's the best!
