Eddie had a tough assignment representing 8 sellers with differing opinions and expectations, worse, the subject property, which was a fixer-upper was placed on the market in the dead of winter when prospective buyers were slim. As it turned out, through his persistence, and negotiating skills, he was able to guide us through the process of coming to an agreement with the one buyer that ended up buying the property. He did an amazing job dealing with what would've been a nightmare scenario for the average agent. I don't think we would have found a better agent than Eddie.

Transaction Timeline: *March 16: Property listed *March 19, 21, 22, 28, 29: Open House *April 2: Offer received - above asking price. *May 1: Closed escrow From the start, she invested heavily in high-quality marketing without cutting corners, including professional drone footage and beautifully designed flyers, which truly showcased the property. Her efforts drove strong interest, with 50-60 groups coming through the open house. She also went above and beyond with staging—personally providing furniture to ensure the home showed in true turn-key condition. This made a significant difference in how the property was presented. What stood out most was her level of care and involvement—she visited the property multiple times each week, consistently checking in and making sure everything was in top shape. It was clear she treated our home as if it were her own.
