Working with Silvia helping us sell our home, was a great experience. Silvia gave us the guidance we needed to properly and successfully place and sell our home in this current and changing market. Silvia also navigated us through a home inspection and subsequent renovation by helping to identify what should be done, can be done, and importantly what does not need to be done. Silvia was there when contract renovation work needed to be understood and critical decision needed to be made. Silvia help guide us on what should be done to prepare the house for sale by helping present the home in the best way possible within the budget we defined. Silvia was always responsive from the first contact, thru renovations, open house events, and finally the escrow process. Silvia always had good spirits and positive attitude even when times were a bit trying as sellers.
