Christine went above and beyond in all aspects of the sale of our property. As we were overseas when we were selling the property which still had many of our personal effects, Christine took the time and effort to go through with us all our items in the house that we either intended to ship back or dispose, and arranged for packers, movers and shippers to send our items back. She then proceeded to clean house (literally), renovate, and arranged for the place to be staged immaculately, which certainly helped with the prompt sale of the house. Paperwork was also a breeze with Christine in charge. Was expecting the overall process to be a long drawn affair as we were out of town but Christine's efforts made it really easy for us.

Christine helped my husband and I through the process of selling our townhouse and buying a single-family home. From our first consultation, we knew we that we would be in good hands if we worked with Christine! She took the time to understand our situation and give us options, while being clear about the pros and cons of each. She was very honest with us about what our expectations should be, since the market we were selling & buying in was very uncertain. Even with challenging circumstances (a fluctuating market, the holiday season, and unforeseen challenges coming up last minute), we were able to sell our house and close on a new one very quickly! Throughout the process, Christine was very thoughtful and organized, and took her time to assess each problem that came up to formulate a game plan. She was able to offer us insights and perspective on what buyers/sellers we communicated with might be thinking. Though it was a difficult process, Christine's easy-going and positive attitude made us feel safe. She made a difficult process easy for us by taking care of scheduling staging, inspections, open houses, etc. She even helped us save on costs where we could, such as having her husband help clean our windows. Christine went above and beyond our expectations, and truly became someone that we see as a friend. We'll definitely miss working with her, but we will keep in touch! I would recommend her to anyone I know who is in need of a realtor, and we'll be reaching out if we are ever in the market again.

Christine really went above and beyond for us during the home buying process! We were first-time homebuyers and nervous about the process, but thanks to Christine's knowledge and expertise, we closed on our first home in record time! From the first Zoom call I knew she was the right real estate agent for us. I met with a couple of other real estate agents and a lot of them were very pushy and insisted that the best time to buy a home was right now, but Christine was the only one who provided her honest thoughts about timing the market and gave us information and her thoughts about the industry without insisting that we had to buy right now. That's what I really look for when I'm looking for an advisor or guide in an area that I'm new to - someone competent who can make recommendations and give a summary of the important information, but then steps back to let us make our own decisions. Other than that, Christine was super kind, sweet, and easy to communicate with, always replying promptly, and was very organized - on the first call she had a nice diagram that she shared about the various steps that it takes to buy a house and walked us through the timelines so we would know what to expect. Everything about the homebuying process went smoothly thanks to Christine! She also recommended us a team of excellent and competent people - we went with the mortgage provider that she suggested, and she even recommended contractors, electricians, termite treatment companies, and cleaners to us, all of whom were easy and great to work with as well. We were competing with another couple for the home but thanks to Christine's connections we were able to get our bid in quicker than expected. Our loan closed 2 weeks early and we weren't stressed at all during this time! I would definitely work with Christine again if I ever needed to sell my house or wanted to buy a new house. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent :)
