Arlene has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very personable and very knowledgeable. It was actually fun working with her. I feel like I’ve made a new friend. This was a sad sale for myself and my two brothers because this home was our parents home. My mom passed away in May 2025 and my dad passed away in 2018. From the first time I met Arlene I felt that she was very knowledgeable and she was the perfect realtor to sell our parents home. She made the selling process so easy with minimal stress. I have sold two homes before and my experience with the realtors was nothing like my experience with Arlene and I am so very thankful for her kindness and her encouragement to each and every one of us during this process.

Every step of the way Wendy Beshears was there helping me. Since my situation was a little different, I was moving from one state to another. Wendy Beshears was always there to walk me through any paperwork. To make appointments for reviewing and looking at houses. Putting in offers on houses. She is one of the best realtors I have worked with. Always on time, always looking presentable and knowing what to do. If you need a house, whether you’re selling or buying. Have Wendy Beshears on your side.

I was told that Stephanie was very good at what she does, but I feel she is above and beyond good. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of purchasing a home such as; roofing, electrical, pluming and so on. The best part is that she treats people with respect and is understanding about your needs. She never underminers you or acts like you are wasting your time. As you can see I had a bad experiences in the past with other realtors. I would trust Stephanie with my eyes closed. Absolutely advise you use her as your realtor if you want to make your buying/selling experience excellent and pleasant. She made me feel like I was her only client, always available, definitely on my side as a buyer.
