As a first-time house buyer, me and my husband had no clue what was involved in buying a newly developed house from a home construction company. Although we could have worked directly with company’s sale representative, we sought Theresa to have her as our Agent. Having her as our Agent was the best decision we made. Not only did she assist us in the house buying process, she made sure that the company handled things from their end accordingly. Theresa also fought for us when my husband and I had a conflict with the original closing date that the construction company tried not to honor. Theresa made sure that we weren’t taken advantage of.
