Not only did she assist us in the house buying process, she made sure that the company handled things from their end accordingly. Theresa also fought for us when my husband and I had a conflict with the original closing date that the construction company tried not to honor. Theresa made sure that we weren’t taken advantage of. Theresa is very knowledgable of real estate policies, and her negotiation skills are top notch. Plus, Theresa is the sweetest person, and genuinely cares about her clients.
