10/23/26 During business with my Relator, Mr. Jeff Goodman has been nothing more than the BEST and EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE. From the inception of meeting him to discuss my circumstances and providing his professional services to assist with selling of recently deceased dear Mother’s home that was held in her Living Trust, from signing and placing on the MLS throughout the entire process, Jeff has been the BEST!!! I signed with Jeff in his Alameda office and had to leave the area shortly after signing with him due to living in Virginia. I was able to honestly trust Jeff to carry out the entire process. I completed all signature requirements vice email Docusign which I experienced minimal stress. His dedication and professionalism were matched by his GENUINE COMPASSION and RESPECT for my circumstances (recent loss of my mother and selling her home in which was my childhood home). During the entire 3 months in which the house was on the market and was sold in such timely manner, Jeff completely as promised kept me abreast of all of the processes every step of the way!! There was never a time that I felt out of the loop or unclear about anything. He definitely advocated/represented me and held my hand through the selling process!! He is definitely so very professional, compassionate and so easy to communicate with, along with the greatest humor and personality.
