Real estate teams in CA, 94605

Last May 2025, when my husband and I first contacted Mareijke Weidemann about helping us find a new home in the East Bay, we didn't imagine the process of selling our home in Windsor (Sonoma County) and buying a new home would consume a whole year. But it did, due to an unexpected downturn in residential real estate sales, and we're so grateful Mareijke did't flinch during this protracted period. Mareijke came highly recommended to us by our real estate broker, David Hargreaves, himself a stellar broker in the Windsor-Healdsburg area of Sonoma County. Over the ensuring months, we came to appreciate Mareijke's many outstanding qualities that proved helpful to us in finding a suitable new home in the highly competitive buyer environment of the East Bay Area. Mareijke's extensive knowledge about housing availability and pricing in a wide variety of neighborhoods; ability to determine a neighborhood fit for us; her financial background as a CPA; and most importantly, her attention to our personal desires and needs proved invaluable to steering us to the "perfect" home. During this entire process, Mareijke has answered all our questions about the transaction itself and about getting settled into our new neighborhood. Even after the completion of the home purchase, Mareijke has continued to express interest and support of our transition into our new home. As a result, we have come to regard her as a true friend and professional advisor. In addition to being super smart and engaging, Mareijke is charming, delightful, and fun-loving. You won't find a better combination!

Mareijka was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful with everything, and always made us feel supported through the entire process. She was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. We 100% trust her and will absolutely be using her again in the future for all of our real estate needs. We truly enjoyed looking at houses with her and are honestly going to miss it. We are so grateful for all of her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great agent.

Mareijke, I wanted to take a moment to share how much I appreciated the opportunity to work with you on our recent transaction. Your level of knowledge and professionalism truly stood out throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, your understanding of the market, attention to detail, and ability to guide your clients with confidence made a significant difference. Communication was always clear, timely, and proactive, which helped ensure everything moved smoothly from start to finish. It’s always a pleasure collaborating with someone who is so dedicated to their clients and committed to excellence. I look forward to working together again in the future. Thank you again for your partnership and outstanding work. Best regards,

Really appreciated having Jeff as our realtor. He explained everything, as many times as it took us to understand it. He listened carefully to what we wanted and didn't want. We had fun on our condo search with Jeff, and he made the actual purchasing process as painless as as possible, and even continued to be responsive after closing. Thanks, Jeff!

Jeff, Heather and their team are incredible to work with! From our first meeting I knew we were on the same page.! All the things that go into selling a home~cleaning, inspections, staging, and showing of the property were completed in a timely and professional manner. Having support from our agent made selling our childhood home less of a burden and more of a legacy. I would highly recommend Jeff Goodman with Compass Reality!

With a challenging condo market, increased interest rates and economic uncertainty, we required more strategy, a lot of great energy and a little fairy dust too! Heather was open and honest the entire time. Good news or not- she always kept me informed.
