From the first meeting with Jeri, I felt comfortable in sharing my situation and confident that we could communicate honestly and candidly about expectations. Jeri followed up with emails and messages to confirm information and appointments, always letting me know that she was available to answer any questions. She efficiently arranged for inspection reports to be done quickly, thereby enabling us to determine our next steps in preparing the house for show. After discussing the pros and cons Jeri made suggestions to best show the positive features of the house without having to invest so much in improvements. This also included providing comparison information of the surrounding properties on the market. Jeri worked hard in arranging two open houses on weekends and one for other interested parties. Jeri communicated with me every step of the way and assured me of the smooth transition to completion. In addition to her stellar professionalism, Jeri is exceptionally kind and compassionate. I am truly blessed to know her.

This was my second time having Nancy Goldcamp sell a house for/with me, and she again exceeded all expectations.
