Jeri was very responsive, thorough, professional, and knowledgable about the relevant local real estate market. She recommended the optimal repairs and improvements so that the condo would show well, and she managed all the related service providers. While there was some debate about the listing price, she secured multiple potential buyers and closed on a sale at the high end of the price range. Overall, we were very satisfied working with her and with the terms of final sale. We'd strongly recommend her to other potential clients.
From the first meeting with Jeri, I felt comfortable in sharing my situation and confident that we could communicate honestly and candidly about expectations. Jeri followed up with emails and messages to confirm information and appointments, always letting me know that she was available to answer any questions. She efficiently arranged for inspection reports to be done quickly, thereby enabling us to determine our next steps in preparing the house for show. She is Jeri was intimately familiar with the market in our area and quickly developed a comprehensive plan to prepare the property for sale. She is an excellent communicator and spent lots of time and effort to understand our goals and priorities and then develop a plan that took our feedback and preferences into account. She offered practical advice and options based on her considerable experience in the local market, but was careful to constantly check in with us to make sure we were on the same page. She was candid with her suggestions, but always willing to ultimately accept our preferences. During the months of preparing the property for sale, she was in constant communication and sensitive to the emotional issues related to clearing and preparing a long-time family home for sale.
