Alex has always been around showing me houses on the market way back. Tracy area, far from my workplace, far from what me and my family are used to… far from my relatives and friends. But out of nowhere, Alex messaged and mentioned that there’s a house in Tracy that a friend or anyone I know might be interested in. So I told him, I’ll take a look! Me and my husband went to see the house, talked and shared with our kids. We came back with the kids and made a decision. Alex is a very responsive person. With all our inquiries and concerns. He tried to find answers so everything is clear to us. He made sure we are comfortable with what we’re doing. I appreciated that Alex took time to make sure the certifications of the roofing is done. He got us the home warranty without me asking which is a very big help coz for Someone buying a house, you won’t know what you’ll discover once you’ve moved in already. Alex will still message me from time to time asking how we are doing, He’s an amazing realtor and you can count on him! I will refer friends and families that would look into houses to him. I know that whoever would look into buying a house would be happy with his help!
