Teresa went above and beyond in services offered to us! We are first time home buyers and needed a great deal of guidance. All very useful information! Throughout the process Teresa greeted us with grace, patience and kindness. We felt heard, seen and acknowledged for what our desires in a home would be. Our experience was filled with fun and laughter, especially when it came to rating a home on a scale from 1-10. Our final landing was an equal 10 and Teresa went right to work to write an offer! I will not forget what Teresa said, "If you truly want this home I write offers so that my clients will win!" We won alright!! In more ways than one, Teresa being our realtor, amazing guidance and a beautiful home to call ours!

As a first time home buyer it’s a bit overwhelming looking at properties and running the numbers. I had big ideas but in reality a modest budget for Northern California-where you’re looking for a needle in a haystack when you attach the word affordable to your search. Walter was always positive and wise about the pros and cons of a property. I was very picky and he was very patient and helped me to make informed choices so my actual sale was a happy event. Walter has a seasoned knowledge of the real estate market and can easily advise and negotiate smart outcomes for any buyer. He advised me on purchase price and clearly laid out the different scenarios I could choose to win the sale. It was fairly effortless and no drama. It’s already a gigantic internal drama to buy property so having a low drama sale is crucial. That’s where the seasoned experience really comes in handy. While Walter is a consummate professional he also maintains a good sense of humor which is key in finding the right place. As a first time home buyer I could be bogged down by aesthetic choices and needed a light hearted reminder to keep an open mind and a sense of humor at times because carpet and flooring can be replaced and I needed to look past horrendous drapery and see what’s actually behind the curtain. I would absolutely recommend Walter to be anyone’s realtor, but most importantly I’m so glad he was my realtor. I’m really happy with my purchase. For me it was kind of a miracle to find a home within my budget that was also a great property in a great location. Now I just need more of my friends to move into my new neighborhood!
