I was introduced to Robin Bezanson by my close friend Mike (a commercial real estate expert), and working with her was by far the most comfortable and professional real estate experience I’ve had. While most agents focused on their own commission and avoided mentioning ways to save costs, Robin was completely forthcoming about potential savings—covering staging, inspections, and even offering a fair agent fee structure without being prompted. Other agents—some even close friends—were surprisingly rigid and opaque. Robin was the opposite: honest, pragmatic, and refreshingly business-minded in an industry filled with “friendly” full-price agents. As engineers, we proposed a performance-based commission model, and Robin was immediately open and collaborative. If we hit the expected price, she’d earn a standard rate; if she exceeded it, she’d earn a higher % number; if we fell short, lower % number. This created mutual alignment and accountability, making it a true win-win setup. During the prep and sale process, Robin and Mike stepped up in ways that went far beyond expectation—organizing contractors, cleaning, and even removing difficult junk. Their support filled major gaps left by others (including housemates who contributed very little), yet everything still moved forward smoothly thanks to Robin’s hands-on approach and reliability. Although the timeline stretched a bit longer than hoped, the final sale price exceeded expectations, making the outcome well worth it. From the first meeting, they will keep you informed, if you don't understand the process, they will hold your hand and explain. The pictures of your house will look better than you could ever imagine. The drone pictures are very impressive to potential buyers. Robin's extended team includes several contractors that are amazing also. They do not cut corners and are the most reliable and honest people around.
