This created mutual alignment and accountability, making it a true win-win setup. During the prep and sale process, Robin and Mike stepped up in ways that went far beyond expectation—organizing contractors, cleaning, and even removing difficult junk. Their support filled major gaps left by others (including housemates who contributed very little), yet everything still moved forward smoothly thanks to Robin’s hands-on approach and reliability. Although the timeline stretched a bit longer than hoped, the final sale price exceeded expectations, making the outcome well worth it.
