Jeff was very competent and thorough. He communicated with me throughout the entire process. Although progress was slow, due entirely to me and the emotion of selling my childhood home after my mother’s passing, he was patient and kind. He was helpful in recommending resources for removal of household items, cleaning, etc. He also did not try to upsell services. Originally, we thought staging would be beneficial, but when it came time to put the home on the market, staging was not needed and he recommended against it. He was correct. We appreciated his professionalism and integrity. The entire process was seamless. I highly recommend Jeff and Compass and would definitely use his services again. You will be happy dealing with him!

Vanessa helped me purchase a place in the Bay Area. I was on a time crunch and was outside of the State at the time e, so I was not able to see places in person. Vanessa sent super helpful videos and honest assessments of places. When things started to go sideways en route to closing, she reassured me and held firm with the seller’s agent. And she has so many connections from loan officers to contractors.
