Mia Baldini was very prompt in responding to all of our many questions throughout the process of the sale. She was a pleasure to work with! She was very clear, concise and prompt in all of her communications. She helped explain complex real estate issues to us and was super easy to work with. The sales process was great and Mia took care of all the details like professionally staging the home, marketing and interacting with buyers, broker and the title company. From our perspective it was low stress and easy. This was not a straightforward sale, as we had the property in a trust with multiple trustees.
