We had a wonderful experience with Leonore, particularly as first time homesellers. Leonore is an excellent communicator - direct, kind, transparent. She was on top of all of the details, navigated our endless questions with ease and generosity, and, most importantly, got our home looking lovely. We highly recommend her.

If you're buying or selling in the East Bay, Patrick is the person to call. We worked with him to buy our home and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. He invested a lot of time upfront getting to know us, our priorities, and what we were looking for, and did a genuine deep dive on the neighborhoods, market dynamics, and the kinds of nuances that only someone with real local knowledge would think to bring up. It never felt transactional. He's also incredibly communicative throughout the whole process. We always knew where things stood, what was coming next, and what to expect. There was no chasing him down and no ambiguity. More than anything, we felt like he was consistently looking out for our best interests rather than just moving a deal forward. Patrick is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and a great person to have in your corner. We'd recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Marcia did an excellent job of steering us toward our new home and then through the purchase of it. She was always available to answer any questions and give us advice how to proceed. She really knows the market and could tell us what to expect. She was a pleasure to work with.
