We recently worked with Lisa for the second time, this time to sell our home in Montclair. Once again, she delivered incredible results. From the beginning, Lisa took ownership of the entire process end to end. She coordinated inspections, repairs, cleaning, staging, photography, and all the countless details that come with preparing a home for sale. It made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and organized. One thing that stood out was how proactive and resourceful she was when unexpected issues came up. For example, after a particularly large storm, we discovered a minor roof issue 2 days before offers were due. Lisa jumped into action, getting multiple roofers out the very next day so we could quickly understand the problem and address it before offers were due. Her fast response helped reassure potential buyers and likely contributed to at least one additional offer. Lisa also did a remarkable job marketing our home. Through her network and outreach, our listing gained major attention online, including going viral on TikTok. As a result, our open houses were packed with 60+ groups each day. Despite a challenging market for sellers in Oakland right now, we received 8 offers and ultimately sold significantly above asking (and even above our own hopeful expectations). Throughout the process, Lisa was highly engaged and communicative, checking in frequently with updates. Most importantly, Lisa got results while making a stressful process quite simple for us. If you're looking for someone who knows the Montclair and Piedmont markets and will truly roll up their sleeves for you, we highly recommend working with her.

Working with Lisa was smooth from start to finish. She is not only a dear friend, but also extremely trustworthy and honest. Her communication is top-notch—clear, consistent, frequent, and organized. Selling a challenging home in a tough market could have easily been stressful, but Lisa’s expertise and project-management skills made the entire process feel smooth and pain-free, right up to the very last moment of closing. Her marketing skills are top notch across every platform, and her social media presence was especially creative, fun to watch, and strong. She went above and beyond in every possible way, and I couldn’t be more appreciative. I’m proud to call Lisa both an amazing realtor and a wonderful friend. I can’t thank her enough. If you’re thinking about buying or selling, don’t think twice—call her!

My siblings and I selected Liz and her colleague Leonore Deaton as our counsel and guide to preparing and selling our parents' much beloved home of 30 years. Liz and Leonore guided and supported us through every phase of the process, with professionalism and empathy, building our confidence, honoring our questions and perspective, providing excellent resources and ultimately leading to a very successful result for all involved.

Liz helped our family prepare for, and execute the sale of our mother's home about 8 months after her death. She and her business partner were not only knowledgeable about the market and thus able to guide us in the practical pieces of the process, they were also extremely good about helping us understand what we needed to do to prepare (update) the house for sale to get the best price, but not lose the character of the home. This means they were respectful of the emotional aspect of selling the home, but the realities of making the best sale possible. They were firm in the kindest way - and though we may have driven them a little batty with all the questions, they never faltered in making everything happen exactly as it needed to and exactly on schedule.

Her knowledge of market values are spot on. She takes full control and follows through until the sale is complete.

Recently my husband and I worked with Heidi Marchesotti to help us find a home in the East Bay for our retirement. Our son and his wife had an amazing experience with Heidi when she helped them find their perfect home in the Rockride area so we were excited to work with her ourselves. We found Heidi to be current and highly competent when it comes to the various neighborhoods and nuances of the East Bay, but also incredibly attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right fit. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through each step with clarity and confidence. Her knowledge, professionalism, and warm personality made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We would happily recommend Heidi to anyone looking for a trusted real estate partner in the East Bay. We love our new home in Montclair and thank her for her help.

Cheryl and Lori were absolutely amazing to work with! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. We are so grateful for their guidance and support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Cheryl Hata is an incredible realtor and an amazing human being. We feel very fortunate to have met and worked with Cheryl. She is an outstanding communicator and is seemingly always available to look at houses or answer any questions. We were most impressed with Cheryl’s service post-sale. Since we weren’t moving locally, she not only recommended contractors (HVAC/Flooring), she took it upon herself to meet them at the property to obtain quotes, in order for the project to be completed before move-in. There are many more examples of Cheryl’s dedication to her clients, but suffice it to say that we cannot recommend her more strongly and feel that we not only found a home, we found a friend.
