The trauma of such a decision included “where to begin?”. “who can help me?” “how much will all this cost?” “do I look for a new place first, sell first, etc.” Fortunately, my Financial Advisor said “I know a very capable Real Estate Agent, Audrey Young.” From the minute I met Audrey until she called to congratulate me that the house had sold, I felt that I was in good hands. She is a true professional, and yet an empathetic, caring person who understood the times when I needed strong guidance, and times when I needed to make my own decisions. Each week I got a spread sheet of what needed to happen that week, followed up with a phone call to answer any questions I might have. To get the house on the market in the most favorable buyer’s climate took some real effort on her part, on my part, and cooperation of the crew she put together to do minor repairs, painting, staging, etc. Imagine my surprise and delight that the house was only on the market 5 days, with a ten day closing period! Even dealing with the Title Company she arranged, was simple and easy. I would, and have, recommended Audrey to my friends and especially to folks like me who need someone knowledgeable about the market, patient but always responsive when I needed answers, and able to give me the security that “no worries” we’re on the right track!
