Lisa is an authentic and caring real estate agent who represented us in the sale of our longtime family home. We initially got possessive over the details when freshening up our home to get it market-ready. Once Lisa listened, allayed our concerns and had us trust in the process, we left the details to her. She knew the timing of which day to reveal our house on MLS based on the school calendar and worked backwards to time each piece needed to meet that date. The marketing materials she prepared were exceptional. The social media reels she developed were fun and highlighted the features of our home. Our house was on the market for 12 days and we received multiple offers. We weren’t sure what to expect in this market, but Lisa knows what buyers’ want and we very pleased with the outcome.

She outlined the entire process in advance and gave us a very clear sense of her strategy — and so, as we hit key steps, we understood what was happening and why. We felt like we were all on the same page from our first meeting through closing. The ongoing conversation with her kept us at ease. When we were nervous, she was steady. When we were tired, she was pleasant. And that, really, was a big part of this. As high as the stakes were, every interaction, every call, every meeting was easy. Those meetings lightened our mood. We so enjoyed working with her.

Dana went the extra mile to get us the sale price we wanted. She was upfront about the small amount of investment to prep for sale and was a good assessor of the market.
