I’m a single mother with a young child that knew very little about the Oakland real estate market and over the course of a year and a half, Nicole patiently worked with me and around my limited schedule, my specifications and my budget to help me learn about various neighborhoods and housing options. After a long and impersonal search for the “perfect” house on Zillow, we met Nicole and immediately felt well taken care of. Having a background in finance and contract management, Nicole was able to work with us on structuring a creative and attractive offer to the seller, but at the same time “keeping it real” for us novice buyers, Once in escrow, she followed up on our contingencies, and made sure that we had the opportunity to make a thorough and cool headed decision on the significant purchase. It became a huge and time consuming move for us, and Nicole has kept in touch and her eye on our progress. Now that we are settled into our wonderful home, we embrace Nicole as a friend and wish her the best for her new relationship with the Grubb Company.
