Regina Jacobs was recommended by everyone, including realtors we met in other counties. We'd met her in open houses through the years and decided to go with her based on the strength of the word of mouth reviews we'd heard. From the start she was honest, professional, understanding, and, client-centered. She was always available to help us with the many confusing aspects of the selling process. Relationship-wise, she would call a contractor or materials store and they would instantly be on board. At one point, someone offered to open their closed store immediately so we could look at finishes! That relationship building worked on our end as well.
