We were not in a big rush to sell the house and we wanted to try to get maximum value so we priced it on the high side to start and LeeAnne provided a good estimate on where to start and also provide a good feedback when she thought it was time to reduce the price. She listened to us, gave us suggestions and was willing to execute what we decided was the best path forward. LeeAnne also has an excellent network of Handyman, tradesmen, etc. to help fix up the house both before the sale and during the BINSR cycle. Very knowledge about the whole process. Danny was quick with opportunities, clear and concise with direction, and went out of his way to coordinate all aspects of the sale.
