Karen is the best Realtor we have ever worked with (representing us both buying and selling), hands down. Not only is she an astute professional, but she is remarkably kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She stays abreast of market trends, offers sound advice, is incredibly communicative, well connected, and really? Just a wonderful person. When we first started working with Karen, we were stationed on the east coast- so lots of calls, texts, even facetime to help my Husband and I find our first home together. With her guidance, we were able to beat other offers (during Covid and even using a VA loan!) and close without issue. Fast forward a few years and it was time to list our home due to a fast approaching deadline for work out of state. Karen got us set up quickly, realistically prepared us for the selling process, and got our home on the MLS rapidly. We recently closed from out of state, and it's Karen's expertise that made a stressful transition much more manageable. Through both buying and selling, Karen has consistently been there for us, and we couldn't be more grateful. She has always made us feel like VIPs, regardless of the price of the transaction, and we've felt genuinely valued and cared for. If you're looking for a Realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about her clients, we cannot recommend Karen highly enough. She has, and always been, an absolute pleasure to work with. And you bet we will choose her again when we move back to the Valley!

Heather did everything she could to help explain the process and make it easy for a first time home buyer like myself. Even with some of the more technical things, she was able to explain it to me and help guide me thru next steps.

Greg is an awesome realtor. He walked me through the sale of my house and always looked out for me. He was always there to answer my questions and went out of his way to make sure I got the best outcome. Kristie did a professional job in staging the house. I’m sure that was a big factor in getting it sold. If I ever move back to Sierra Vista he will be the first person I call. I highly recommend Greg and Kristie
