Bryan has been a trusted friend since his college years at the University of Arizona. Bryan, his partner, Susan, and the rest of his team helped my father (who passed away during the sales process) to bring his home to market, including by guiding him through a partial rehab / remodel project with revamped kitchen as its centerpiece. Later, Bryan and team continued to represent us (heirs) as we navigated a quickly shifting market and various logistical and maintenance/repair challenges along the way. From the first meeting all the way to the final closing, Bryan, Susan and team went above and beyond to ensure that our father (and his successors) had the best information, that the property was well looked after (especially important with absentee ownership), and in general that our interests were protected. They not only maintained a first-class standard in their diligence, thoroughness and communications, but went beyond that in providing extra vigilance, additional help with maintenance and repairs, and key guidance at regular intervals. We certainly never expected that extra mile, nor had we ever experienced it in the industry before. In sum, we can't recommend Bryan and his team highly enough; they are the very best, and you will be in the best of hands.
