Bryan, his partner, Susan, and the rest of his team helped my father (who passed away during the sales process) to bring his home to market, including by guiding him through a partial rehab / remodel project with revamped kitchen as its centerpiece. Bryan and Susan were so easy to work with. They came to our Foothills home and made several suggestions to enhance the appearance and value of our home. My wife and I implemented many of their recommendations. Their suggestion for what the house should be listed for exceeded our expectations. Their suggested listing price resulted in us netting substantially more (well over $100K) than we thought possible. Some of the suggestions by Brian that we implemented included filling a pod with our garage contents and miscellaneous “stuff” that we put in storage and making some improvements to the house. We staged our house with both our furniture and items that they supplied. Some neighbors that stopped by the first, and only, open house (house under contract within a week after open house) later advised us that the home presented like a model home. The home was prepared by Bryan and Susan to be a “show stopper”. If you want to sell your home for TOP DOLLAR, and, hopefully sell fast, I suggest you hire Bryan and Susan as your real estate professionals.
We arrived in town after an eight hour auto trip, Bryan was ready and waiting and urged us to see several homes just coming onto the market. We were tempted to say absolutely not but we have worked with Bryan before and we trusted that he would not push us unless there really was an urgency for us to view some homes.
