Susan and Bryan were with us from the time we first enter our to be new home to the day we took possession and celebrated that night at our new home. Of the eight houses we have bought, this was the most difficult due to the sellers and age/condition of the 100 year old historically listed adobe house. They recommended the necessary professionals from a mortgage lender to five different inspections that were critical to our final price offer. They were quick to answer our questions, met multiple times at the house with us, kept us aware of the closing process - especially our responsibilities, and kept all the paper work flowing. Most importantly, during the ups and downs of the negotiations they never let us waiver but constantly reminded us "this was meant to be our home". In summary, in the last three years they have sold my father's house, sold and bought a new home for my brother, and sold (while we were in Morocco) and bought a new home for us.
