I was worried about an extended period of time on the market, but her advertising strategy put me right where I need to be. The sale was done within the first week on the market and all the paperwork and contracts went smoothly from there on out. If you need a great agent talk to Amara and she will help you buy or sell a property. She is definitely a knowledgeable agent!

Amara was the perfect agent to guide me in buying my house. She also was the perfect agent to sell a different house of mine several years ago. I’m so glad I still had her contact number! She is knowledgeable and knows how to get the answers and information her client needs. She also goes above and beyond when necessary. The home I bought was not new and needed maintenance that had been neglected. She has a list of contractors that fit the bill in every area: inspectors, plumbers, HVAC experts, etc. They are all on my list of people to call when I need them. Im happy to recommend Amara but perhaps happier yet that I feel I can consider her a new friend.

Christopher was absolutely amazing from beginning all the way to the end of the sale. He was on time and showed me the home. I loved that he was honest when I asked certain questions. He answered all my questions thoroughly. Once I decided I wanted the home things went pretty quickly. I didn't have to worry and he took care of everything all I did was show up and sign. Anytime I emailed him or text him he answered right away. I recommended him to a few people who are possibly looking for homes in Tucson Arizona including my own cousin.
