We lost our original Realtor to a fantastic opportunity for her and her family. Patrick, stepped right in and picked up where she left off without a hiccup. He understood what we were looking for with amazing patience. It was always ‘no problem’ maybe the next one. His positive attitude was infectious and made it much easier for us in search of our retirement home. He is a very resourceful individual and extremely courteous. I would recommend him to everyone.

Patrick’s response time is quick and always with answers to any questions. If he didn’t have an answer at the time, within the hour he would have the answer. His overall knowledge made home viewing even better and easier to manage. Patrick not only heard my family’s needs, but he understood them and made sure they were satisfied. His punctuality is perfect. When it came to speaking to the seller, there was no doubt that it was because of Patrick that everything went smooth and free of obstacles. I could not be happier, more at peace, or blessed to have done this entire journey with Patrick by my side. If you want it done right, Patrick is the one.

All the things mentioned he went well beyond what you could ask for

Patrick is an excellent real estate agent! It was so easy to work with him-he is personable but also professional. When we told him we were on a very tight timeline to close, he immediately went into action lining up everything to make it happen by preparing and submitting our offer immediately, lining up inspectors and the title company/escrow (and putting them in contact with us), etc. However, even though he worked quickly he did not cut corners, and explained every single document to us and answered all our questions. He was available to us, communicated and checked in with us constantly, and made sure we were informed of what we needed to be doing to get the closing done. Patrick was proactive in suggesting different types of inspections and in explaining the results, and was successful in approaching the sellers’ broker to obtain a credit for us. We had great confidence in him and a high degree of comfort when we closed (on time!!). Patrick has also made himself available post closing to answer additional questions and give us recommendations for trades people, etc. All in all, purchasing a house with Patrick was a great experience, he made it as easy as possible while still protecting our interests. I give him the highest recommendation!

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Patrick knows his craft extremely well. He focuses on what's important, brought relevant things to our attention as buyers which we might have missed, and literally left no stone unturned in arranging inspections, service, and a full evaluation of the property we were buying. As out-of-state purchasers, we were comfortable that we had full information in making the purchase decision. He also gave sound (and hardheaded) advice on how to craft our offer and how to negotiate the items revealed by the inspection -- saving us thousands of dollars in the process. His demeanor at all times is friendly, welcoming, and professional. His contacts with related professionals -- contractors, inspectors, trades people, title companies, you name it -- are terrific and made the entire purchasing process seamless. He helped us do our due diligence and made it easy to transfer utilities and city services by pointing us to the right contacts, saving us much time and worry. Being Tucson-based, he knows the southern Arizona market extremely well. And besides all that, he's just a really nice guy. (But don't be fooled--he can be tough when necessary.) Bottom line: Patrick helped make the buying process as easy as it possibly could have been. He saved us considerable money and worry. If there is a better real estate professional in Arizona--or anywhere, for that matter--I would like to meet that person, because Patrick has set the bar very high. In my opinion, you cannot do better.
