She also was very communicative, and I was never confused or taken by surprise about any development in the process. The entire experience was so good that I then trusted her with selling the home 5 years later. Once again, her feel for the market set me up perfectly for selling, with helpful advice for fixes around the house and how to market the house. I had to move out of state before the house sold, but she kept me up to date with all developments and I was never left in the dark. We finally closed in a market that was completely different to when I bought, but I was never concerned with Kristin handling things.
