Kathleen helped the reviewer buy this property

Accommodating, Patient, and Knowledgeable!

Kathleen helped us IMMENSELY as first time buyers. You can imagine we had a lot of stupid questions. Not only were we new to the entire process, but we had to purchase our house site unseen from overseas, and Kathleen was so accommodating with video tours, setting up contractors, scheduling maintenance, everything! We were so scared of buying a home without being there, but Kathleen made the experience so much less frightening. She got us a great deal and a wonderful home. She really seemed to be looking out for us and we're so grateful!
