We call Deb our family's realtor, and our dear friend. Over the past 13 years, she has handled 18 successful real estate transactions in southern Arizona for our family, both buying and selling. We were referred to Rudy by a friend of someone else that used him. We could not be happier with our experience. We were looking to move to AZ from IL in the next year. We talked on the phone and had zoom meetings letting Rudy know what we were looking for. He offered to go to houses and FaceTime us if there was something we really wanted to see. He set us up on an app sending us any listings that fit our criteria. We planned to take a long weekend to look at houses and neighborhoods so we could get a better idea of where and what we wanted. Rudy made himself available to us for the whole long weekend and set us up with about 30 walk throughs. We did not expect to find exactly what we wanted on our first trip but we did! Rudy was with us through the whole process. Even with the time difference he always responded quickly to any question no matter how big or small. He made our home buying process feel comfortable and easy. I cannot recommend Rudy enough!

Kelli was absolutely amazing! She went so far above and beyond anything we’ve ever experienced with a realtor. She checked on our property every couple of days, if not every day and took care of so many little things that weren’t even her responsibility. She cleaned toilets, swept leaves, cleaned floors, helped stage and just made sure everything was taken care of. It really showed how much she cared about us and our property. We’ve never had a realtor put in that kind of effort, and we truly appreciate everything she did. This deal never would have happened if it weren’t for her.
