Ann Marie did her homework by looking at comparable homes set a price that was reasonable and fair and she sold the house in less than a week. Prior to the house being put on the market she scheduled inspections and instructed me on what I needed to do. During the whole process Ann Marie made you feel very positive and went out of her way to insure that you knew everything that was going on. Ann Marie is a very kind and thoughtful person and I would recommend Ann Marie to anyone buying or selling a home.
