Rachel was amazing! This was our first time selling a home and she came with information about the process, and knowledge from day one. I believe her choices in staging the house and the visibility options she chose helped our home stand out, and get sold very quickly. She is very responsive and a great listener! Our story is a bit unique. We purchased our house a year ago and Rachel was the agent showing. The purchase was seamless. Due to unforeseen circumstances, a year later we had to move. We gave her the listing and I have never been so impressed with an agent. We have bought and sold several houses in the past but not one went as smoothly as this. Her attention to detail is superb and she is available ALWAYS. She did so many things that went the extra mile. In this economy we were uncertain how long it would take but within about 3 months she had it sold. I would not hesitate to use her services again and HIGHLY recommend her for buying or selling your home.

I cannot recommend Rachel enough. I am not well versed in real estate, and I was moving back to AZ after a long time away. So I needed a realtor who really knows all of Tucson, could translate my wish list to the perfect home, and who could help me through every step of the process... and Rachel delivered in every aspect. Most of the home purchasing process had to take place while I was out of town, and Rachel maintained constant, transparent communication, kept me updated on every aspect, and coordinated everything that needed to be done. I will refer all my friends and family to her, and I will definitely call Rachel if I ever decide to move to another home in Tucson. I really feel Rachel is the best agent in Tucson.
