Miechal gets a 5 of 5 for the regular real estate agent things, and in that she goes well above and beyond, but it's the little things you realize later she has taken care of. Add more points! Miechal is a good communicator, not too much, just what you need. Miechal also has additional srvices and support if you want them, and we found them invaluable. Things like packing and loading/moving support, staging, dealing with things left for sale, and much more. With Miechal, there were just no blind spots.

Julie was fantastic! We are living out of state so we thought it was going to be difficult to handle selling a house, but Julie made it easy. She was always responsive and quick to answer any questions. She made herself available through phone calls, text, and even video conferencing. If the house needed some sort of attention she would let us know and would be there to let workers in the door to take care of any work that needed to be done. She also managed the staging, the staging photos, and even cleaned up some spiderwebs that popped up in between showings! If there was ever anything we, or the house, needed, she would make herself available and help out however she could. We are very grateful for her help in selling our house (at asking price too!) and are happy the we chose her as our realtor.
