She has a strong knowledge of the market and was spot on in showing me the homes within my budget. Looking at homes was a stressful experience for me and Mary helped to keep my calm and focused. Michelle is an excellent and thoughtful writer. She paid attention to every upgrade in my house and found a way to mention them seamlessly in the listing. The listing also uniquely showed a floorplan which I would find very helpful if I were buying a home. Michelle also responds quickly to phone calls and texts and does not dismiss seller suggestions out-of-hand. The only reason I did not give Michelle 5 stars, and perhaps it is not fair, was because of her handyman referrals. Both individuals she referred did not call when they said they would causing a delay of several days in an already tight timeline for the completion of repairs. On the other hand, her referral of a cleaning person was first-rate. I recommend Michelle Metcalf wholeheartedly if you are looking to sell your house.

I do believe she could have had a little more knowledge. As far as getting me a floor plan and taking me off her list of sending me listings every single day. I do not need that.. but an overall, she was very knowledgeable about the piece of property and very helpful.As far as inspections and getting things taken care of because I was I am I should say out of state She was very good at working with my sister and brother-in-law, who live here in Green Valley and letting them know what was going on as well as me. That was very, very helpful. I would definitely recommend her and work with her again. If I needed, who knows I may use her again, thank you all very much.
